3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Not use the Service to diagnose or repair devices that pose a safety risk (e.g., devices with electrical hazards, gas-powered equipment) without proper training and safety precautions.
  • Respect the privacy and intellectual property of other users. You may not copy, distribute, or use other users’ shared content without their explicit consent.

4. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

All repair guides, fault diagnoses, and other content generated by our AI tool are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional repair services, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the AI-generated content.
You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the AI tool may make errors or provide inaccurate advice; (b) using the AI-generated repair guides is at your own risk; (c) we are not liable for any damage to your device, injury to yourself or others, or other losses resulting from your use of the Service or AI-generated content; (d) complex or dangerous repairs should be performed by a qualified professional, and we strongly recommend seeking professional assistance for such repairs.
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any AI-generated content that is inaccurate, misleading, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

When you share AI-generated repair content (including device photos and diagnoses) in our public hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your user-generated content, but you agree that other users may access and use that content in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your user-generated content, and you warrant that you have the right to grant the license described above and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability
